Gosh, it's hard to believe it's been three years since I received my STAR ankle. I can hop, jump, run and could walk a marathon if I wanted to.

Hi. I had an ankle replacement 13 weeks ago here in the UK. Would love to connect. I have good days and bad days. I had hoped I'd be "normal" by now and have to remind myself its a big op....Biggest thing I'm struggling with is swelling and - pain when I do too much - 6 steps forward and 3 back :( Love your blog
